At MARLO, every hat is created as a personal piece — a reflection of individuality, intention, and presence. We want your experience to feel just as considered as the product itself. If something doesn’t feel aligned, we are here to help.


 

SIZING GUIDANCE

Most MARLO hats feature an adjustable inner band, allowing the size to be refined by up to 5 cm for a personalized and comfortable fit.
Before initiating a return, we encourage you to adjust the inner band and try the hat again, as many fit concerns can be easily resolved with a simple adjustment.

If the fit feels uneven (for example, front-to-back fits, but side-to-side does not), hat-sizing tape can be an ideal solution for a more tailored fit.

If you are unsure, you can always reach out to us — we are happy to guide you to the perfect fit.


 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

All items must be returned in:
• brand new, unworn condition
• original MARLO hat box and packaging
• free of marks, damage, or odors

Only hats in resellable condition are eligible.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


 

EXCHANGES

You may exchange your hat within 30 days of delivery for:

• another size
• another color
• another MARLO style
store credit (digital gift card) if you need more time to choose

Your exchange will be processed once the return package has been received and verified.

If you would like personal guidance in choosing a new style, our team will gladly assist you. Simply send us a message — you don’t have to choose alone.


 

RETURNS (REFUNDS)

We offer refunds on eligible items returned within 30 days of purchase, in unused and resellable condition.

A small restocking fee may be deducted from your refund to cover packaging and handling costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been confirmed in suitable condition.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made hats
• Final sale items
• Hats that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration


 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us before sending your parcel so we can guide you through the process smoothly.


IN-STORE PURCHASES

Items purchased in-store may be exchanged (not refunded) within 30 days of purchase, provided they are returned in perfect, unworn condition with original packaging.

Exchanges are accepted for items of equal value or higher (with an additional payment if required).


 

HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURNS

Orders placed between November 1st and December 24th are eligible for return or exchange until January 31st to account for the holiday season.


 

GIFTS

If you received a MARLO hat as a gift, your return will be issued as store credit equal to the value of the item — allowing you to choose the piece that truly feels like you.


 

SALES & PROMOTIONS

Promotional prices apply only within the dates specified and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or exchanges.
