At MARLO, every hat begins its journey with intention. Once your order is placed, it is carefully prepared and sent as a personal companion — not just a package.

Processing time:
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time:
International delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that during peak seasons or due to customs procedures, delivery times may vary.

Tracking:
All MARLO orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your package leaves our hands.

Customs & duties:
Depending on your country, local customs may apply import taxes or handling fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We work only with reliable, global carriers to ensure your hat arrives safely and beautifully.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At MARLO, every piece is created with care and clarity. If something doesn’t feel fully aligned, we are here to support you.

Return & exchange window:
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:
• unworn and unused
• in original condition
• returned in original MARLO packaging

Exchanges:
You may exchange your hat for:
• another size
• another colour
• another MARLO style
• or store credit (gift card)

Returns (refunds):
Returns are accepted for items in brand-new, resellable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A small restocking fee may be deducted to cover packaging and processing.

Not eligible for return or exchange:
• Custom or personalised hats
• Sale or final-sale items
• Gift cards
• Hats that show signs of wear or damage

For international returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
